1. What is your long-term business plan and how do you foresee this crowdfunding campaign contributing to your business goals over time?
Funds raised in this phase will focus on three major activities
Application development aimed at automating and individualizing it in such a way as to best meet the individual needs of each user
Promoting the application in such a way that it reaches as many users as possible
Building the team in such a way that they can manage the application development and user flow
2. What measures will you take to ensure that the funds raised will be used efficiently and transparently?
Investors will be informed monthly about the evolution of the main financial and marketing indicators, they will have the opportunity to ask questions that we will answer during the monthly briefings.
3. What happens if the company does not reach the funding targets and the project cannot be fully implemented?
There is a minimum limit of 150,000 euros from which the project objectives can be reached. If the amount raised is below this threshold, a recalculation will be made regarding the duration and the achievement of new goals in terms of the number of users.
4. What guarantees are there for investors who contribute to the campaign?
The application is included in the company’s patrimony as an intangible asset. Equity will reflect both the value of the investment and the value of the application.
5. How do we differentiate ourselves from our competitors?
In addition to the income and expense management functionalities common to most applications of this type, there are many factors that differentiate us:

6. What is the management team and what is the experience of its members?
The management team consists of Mihai Banu and Liviu Draghici, both of whom have over 20 years of experience as successful entrepreneurs. Mihai has traveled and worked on 4 continents, a fact that can help him easily expand his application abroad. Liviu is a well-known professor of economics and finance and this helps us to make the best calculations for the application, both for the steps to be followed by a user and for financial planning within the My Pocket Planner company.
7. Why should I invest in My Pocket Planner? Is there sustainability? What is the growth plan?
The best time to invest in a company is when it is at the beginning of the road to get as much as possible from that company.
Since the launch, we have had constant growth over the course of 3 years, which proves the sustainability of the application.
The growth target is that in 24 months we reach 1,000,000 users, 40,000 of which are users with a Gold or Platinum subscription.
8. How long does it take to pay off my investment and what would be the profit in the medium and long term?
Our plan is to get a new round of funding to double or triple the value of the app within 2 years. At the next financing round you can withdraw, choose to stay with the initial investment or invest additionally.
9. What would be my degree of involvement? Is it necessary to do something effective, being a shareholder?
It depends on your time, availability and experience. You can choose to be a passive investor, in which case you should just install and use the app like any other user, or you can choose to get involved by suggesting improvements, promotion and development of the app.
10. How many users does the application have and how many of them have a subscription?
The app has over 40,000 users in more than 150 countries and we have 26 subscription users, it is important to note that the subscription feature was introduced recently.
